AMID at ASTRO
At the recent ASTRO 2026 event in Boston, Kristjan Anderle had the pleasure of showcasing AMID’s planned automated workflow, which enables AI-driven automation of contouring, dose prescription, and plan generation.
Planning radiotherapy treatments requires multiple specialists, repeated information transfer among them, and often takes days. AMID’s main objective is to eliminate the longest steps of this process.
Our conversations confirmed the premise that radiotherapy departments need a technology that will enable clinical teams to reduce repetitive manual steps while maintaining full transparency in treatment decisions.
It was AMID’s first time attending ASTRO, and we look forward to continuing these discussions next year!
